INGREDIENTS: Active Ingredients: Supplement Facts : Serving Size 1 tablet. Amount per tablet: Sodium 180 mg, 8%, Potassium 15 mg 1%, Sodium Chloride 450 mg, Potassium Chloride 30 mg. Inactive Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dextrose, Calcium Carbonate, Sodium Starch Glycolate and Stearic Acid. DIRECTIONS: Suggested Use : One tablet with a full glass of water, five to ten times daily, depending on temperatures and working conditions.
