One tablet contains 100 IU Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), 300 mg Calcium (as Calcium Citrate), 0.5 mg Boron (as Boron Amino Acid Chelate).
Other ingredients:microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 Calcium Citrate Plus tablet, 3 times daily.
