Planetary Herbals full spectrum valerian extract tablets, 650 mg,It is a primary herb of choice for supporting a restful sleep since the 9th century. Modern research has confirmed this traditional use, identifying valerenic acid, a component of the essential oil, as being primarily responsible for its relaxing effects. It delivers 450 mg of a concentrated standardized extract yielding 0.8% valerenic acid, and an additional 200 mg of whole valerian root.
Dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate. Contains wheat/gluten.
1 tablet � hour before going to bed.
