Take one controlled-release tablet two hours before bedtime. Do not exceed one tablet in any 24 hour period.
Do not use if pregnant or nursing, if you have any autoimmune conditions or depressive disorders, if you have any medical condition or are taking any medication. Do not take when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Not recommended for use by persons under age 18.
