Sodium Chloride 5% Preservative: Methylparaben 0.23 mg (0.023%), Propylparaben 0.1 mg (0.01%).
Inactive Ingredients
Boric Acid, Hypromellose 2906, Methylparaben 0.23 mg ( 0.023%), Propylparaben 0.1 mg (0.01%), Propylene Glycol, Sodium Borate, Sodium Hydroxide and/or Hydrochloric Acid to adjust pH (6.0 to 8.0) and Purified Water USP.

I have to use this for chronic dry eye. It does the trick and is 30% of the price I'd pay for the brand named product.

I've been using Muro128 for 20 years and this generic formula is every bit as good. And, two tubes of it is $7 less expensive than a twin pack of Muro128. It does NOT burn when I put it in my eyes.

Have used the Akorn ointment for several years now without any problem. I suggest getting one tube and trying it out before investing in more. It is quite a savings over Muro.

I use this product every night before bed to combat chronic dry eye. It works as well as the brand name for half the price. I highly recommend it.
