Wash by hand.Blot foam with a towel and air dry.Do not expose to direct heat or a clothes dryer.When not in use, braces should be stored fully closed to retain its shape.With closure unfastened, slip brace over the wrist and up to the forearm 2 Inches to 3 Inches below the elbow (see diagram on packaging).Center the firm plastic part of brace on top of forearm as shown.Pull strap until brace is snug but comfortable.Bring the strap over the brace with the Ace logo facing out and fasten.Remove brace when not playing sports as to avoid inhibiting circulation.- This product contains natural rubber latex which my cause allergic reactions.
