I tried MANY things and did not succeed. Was a slave to smoking for years and after giving up on patches and being jittery all the time from them I was about to give up and One Step at a Time changed all that for me. I was able to quit before I was even done with the entire "treatment" About a month after starting on this product I was smoke free. I am now going on 2 years and LOVING every minute of it. I am truly grateful. Wonderful system. It REALLY works!!

I started my 4th filter today..hope to be tobacco free within a month..only problem is the filters are so hard to take apart to clean. My son had to pull apart with a power grip...it was tho the mouth piece and tube were fused., same problem with the first three. The original One step drew more tar out...I used it when it first came out..but due to stress never quit...was very good visually to see what we put in lungs. I will rate this product soon..so far doing real good.I have high hope's and great expectations..
