Sodium Monofluorophosphate (0. 15% W/V Fluoride Ion) .
Inactive Ingredients:
Glycerin; Hydrated Silica; Propylene Glycol; Dicalcium Phosphate; Sorbitol; Urea; Calcium Peroxide; Sodium Lauryl Sulfate; Flavor; Sodium Carbonate; Titanium Dioxide; Ethylcellulose; Carbomer; Sodium Saccharin; Sodium Benzoate .
DIRECTIONS:
Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or when new stains are apparent, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Do to fluoride contents, instruct children under 6 years of age in good brushing and rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary. Children under 2 years of age: Consult a dentist or physician.

This is the best. People think I whiten my teeth, but all I do is brush every day with Plus White toothpaste. LOVE IT.
I've used this toothpaste for years. Now my husband uses it also. It is great. People ask me what I pay for teeth whitening at my dentist. I don't use the dentist to whiten my teeth. I use Plus White toothpaste and nothing else.
