DIRECTIONS:
Rinse before brushing: Use approximately one tablespoon before brushing. Rinse vigorously for 30 seconds. Brush thoroughly. Follow by brushing your teeth in your narmal manner with toothbrush and toothpaste. Cleaner, Brighter, Fresher Teeth: Use before each brushing.
