For daily use: Pull 1 pre-measured 18 in. (45 cm) length of Ultra Floss and cut at blue marker. Wind around middle fingers. Grasp firmly and stretch thin to fit comfortably between teeth and under the gumline. Curve Ultra Floss around tooth. Guide between teeth using an up-and-down motion. Advance to a clean section of Ultra Floss and repeat for each tooth.

It's annoying that I have difficulty finding this in stores. The floss is best for my teeth that are close together. The strong thin floss really cleans the best of any floss I've tried.
