Each packet as sweet as 2 tsp. sugar. 0 Calories per Packet. A blend of nutritive and non-nutritive sweeteners. For sweetening, cooking and baking. Dissolves instantly in hot or cold beverages. Sweet 'N Low can be used just like sugar but the amount you need will be less. Each premeasured packet has the sweetening equivalence of 2 teaspoons of sugar and contains less than 1 gram of carbohydrate. INGREDIENTS: Nutritive Dextrose; 3. 6% Calcium Saccharin (36 Milligrams Per Packet Or 18 Milligrams Per Each Teaspoonful Of Sugar Sweetening Equivalence); Cream Of Tartar; Calcium Silicate (An Anti-Caking Agent). DIRECTIONS: Use like sugar, each premeasured packet is equivalent to 2 Teaspoons of sugar.
How to substitute Sweet N Low for sugar. - Many recipes require sugar for proper volume, texture and browning.
- We suggest replacing half the sugar in the recipe with an equivalent amount of Sweet N Low.

- 2 teaspoons liquid of Sweet N Low to replace 1/3 cup of granulated sugar.
Use: - 12 packets or
- 4 teaspoons bulk (standard household measuring spoon) or
- 1 tablespoon liquid of Sweet N Low to replace 1/2 cup of granulated sugar.
Use: - 24 packets or
- 8 teaspoons bulk (standard household measuring spoon) or
