INDICATIONS:
Natures Bounty water pill natural diuretic with potassium tablets, caffeine freeIt act as a gentle diuretic to help promptly increase the outflow of temporary excess body water. It relieves monthly water weight gain, puffiness, bloat, swelling, pressure caused cramps, related fatigue, tension, blues and irritability. Contains two pain relieving ingredients including potassium salicylate to help relieve menstrual associated pain and discomforts of cramps, spasms, backache, headache, breast tenderness, muscular aches and pains due to overexertion, stress and strain.

Active Ingredients
Potassium (as Potassium Gluconate) 40 mg 1%; Buchu (Barosma betulina) (leaf) 100 mg (25 mg of Buchu Leaves 4:1 Extract ); Uva Ursi (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) (leaf) 100 mg (33.4 mg of Uva Ursi 3:1 Extract); Juniper (Juniperus communis) (berry) 20 mg; Parsley (Petroselinum crispum) (leaf) 100 mg.
Inactive Ingredients
Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Vegetable Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose, Silica, Cellulose Coating, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS:
- For adults, take one (1) to two (2) tablets with water after each meal.
- Do not exceed recommended dosage.
WARNINGS:
- Not for use by pregnant or lactating women.
- Do not exceed recommended dose.
- Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, kidney problems, heart problems, diabetes, pollen allergies, gastrointestinal disorders or if you are taking any prescription medication including blood pressure medication or diuretics.
- Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, including gastrointestinal discomfort, kidney problems, allergic reactions or changes in urinary habits.
- Avoid consuming high-acid foods such as orange, cranberry or prune juice, or supplements containing more than 500 mg of vitamin C, within 3-4 hours of taking this product.
- This product is not recommended for long-term use; use should not exceed three weeks.
- Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
