INDICATIONS:
Gerber Silicone Orthodontic Silicone Body Vent Nipples designed to be similar in shape to a mother's nipple during breast feedling. The Silicone body Vent Nipple feature was designed to reduce the amount of air baby swallows during feeding. The nipple is less likely to collapse and baby gets a more constant flow of liquid.
DIRECTIONS:
Sanitize nipple prior to first use by placing in an open pan of boiling water for 2 minutes. Clean all parts with hot water and mild detergent then rinse, or use top rack of dishwasher. When properly positioned, the vent and nipple hole should face upward.
WARNINGS:
Any tear in the nipple can lead to the separation of a piece, presenting a possible choking hazard. Test strength by pulling on bulb portion before each use, particularly when your child develops teeth, discontinue use if any crack or tear appears. Do not attempt to enlarge hole with pin or any other sharp object, as this may cause tearing. Do not allow baby to take a bottle to bed or self feed for long periods. Extended contact with milk, formula, juice or sweetened liquids may cause severe tooth decay.
