    DIRECTIONS:
Sanitize nipple prior to first use by placing in an open pan of boiling water for 2 minutes. Clean all parts with hot water and mild detergent, or use top rack of dishwasher.

    WARNINGS:
Do not allow baby to take a bottle to bed or self-feed for long periods. Extended contact with milk, formula, juice or sweetened liquids may cause severe tooth decay. Any tear in the nipple can lead to the separation of a piece, presenting a possible choking hazard. Test strength by pulling on bulb portion before each use; particularly when your child develops teeth. Discontinue use if any tear or crack appears. Do not attempt to enlarge hole with pin or any other sharp object, as this may cause tearing.

This is NOT a nipple shield, do NOT nurse while wearing this!

    Rating:
    Pros:
    • Comfortable
    Cons:
    • Don't actually last six days
You wear this BETWEEN feedings to soothe damaged nipples and for that purpose they work wonderfully. Contrary to what the description on MyOTCStore.com says, You do NOT wear these WHILE nursing, they are non porous and present a serious safety risk to infants if left in place while attempting to breast feed.

again: DO NOT WEAR WHILE FEEDING!

    wow!!!!

I must say wow for this bottle comes with cap which really convinience for traveling only just for $1, in the other way other bottle kit with cap will goest around $13+ which are too expensive, and the nipple seems to extract all the dust particles to the nipple which cause our daughter to cought for the first two weeks after we finally found out those clear nipple we bought at toy r us are $4-6 for 3 nipples, they extract dust/particles. so we order a bunch of similac nipples which most hospital uses, combine with this bottle, we able to use the cap on top of the similac nipple, but couldn't with any other nipples with this bottle. 4oz bottle is a great size for storing breast pump milks. we also has the medela bottle kit, it has a nice clearly print of the oz # on the bottle but it's fading out within 1.5mon and the nipple isn't that good compare to the similac nipple. so I would highly recommend to get this bottle in combine with similac nipple will make the best combo.

    The design is awkward.

This bottle brush could use improvement. Even if you use a bottle with a large neck opening when you pull the bottle brush out of the neck the bristles splash everywhere and you end up soaked. I think the Dr. Browns on is better cause it has a foam top which isn't as messy. I do like the nipple brush attached but think the design is awkward.
