INDICATIONS:
Playtex Reusables VentAire Bubble Free Bottle System keeps air out of the liquid, so baby drinks virtually Bubble Free. Bubble Free feeding means less gas and less spitting up. VentAire promotes semi-upright feeding position, recommended by pediatricians to help prevent ear infections, and both ends open for easy, complete cleaning. Keeps liquid moving forward with each sip, prevents air bubbles from entering the liquid. Unique Bottom Vent keeps bubbles away from baby. Bubble Free Feeding means less gas.
DIRECTIONS:
Use only VentAire Bubble Free nipples. Any other reusable bottle nipple will allow air bubbles into the liquid, creating gas for baby. As with all infant feeding products, clean as soon as possible after each use. Prior to first use, and after each use, wash all parts separately in a dishwasher (top rack and dry cycle), including the Bubble Free Vent. To remove the Bubble Free Vent from the bottom cap, grasp center of the vent with your thumb and forefinger and pull upward until loose. To reassemble, line up tabs with slots in the bottom cap and push tabs completely through the slots until they are securely in place. If dishwasher is not available, handwash all parts separately, including the Bubble Free Vent, with hot soapy water for about 1 minute. Rinse and dry thoroughly before reassembling. Remove and reassemble the Bubble Free Vent as noted in dishwasher instructions above. For general maintenance, remove Bubble Free Vent and boil in water for 5 minutes once a week. Dry thoroughly. Cleaning Tip: Incomplete cleaning of Bubble Free Vent could result in residue build-up. Should this occur, remove Bubble Free Vent from cap and soak in solution of 1 tablespoon of Clorox bleach in 1 quart of water until clean. Rinse well and dry thoroughly before reassembling.
WARNINGS:
DO NOT HEAT IN BOILING WATER AND ALWAYS REMOVE NIPPLE RING BEFORE WARMING IN PAN. TO PREVENT A POSSIBLE CHOKING HAZARD, test strength of nipple regularly by pulling hard on bulb portion. If nipple becomes cracked, torn or shows other signs of excess wear, Discontinue use immediately. Do not attempt to enlarge slit in nipple with a pin or other sharp objects, as this will cause tearing. To avoid injury, do not let baby walk with bottle. Do not put baby to bed with bottle. Prolonged contact with liquids may cause severe tooth decay. Ask your doctor or dentist.
