INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Per Tablet: Ferrous Fumarate 200 mg (USP Equivalent to 66 mg Elemental Iron); Vitamin C 125 mg (Ascorbic Acid) Present in Part as Sodium Ascorbate USP.
Inactive Ingredients:
Croscarmellose Sodium; Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose; Magnesium Stearate; Microcrystalline Cellulose; Polyethylene glycol; Polysorbate 80; Synthetic Red Iron Oxide; Synthetic Yellow Iron Oxide; Titanium Dioxide.
DIRECTIONS:
Adults: 1 or 2 tablets daily or as directed by a physician. Tablets should be swallowed whole. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
WARNINGS:
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is the leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or a poison control center immediately. The treatment of any anemic condition should be under the advice and supervision of a physician. As oral iron products interfere with absorption of oral tetracycline antibiotics, these products should not be taken within two hours of each other. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product.

This product was recommended to me for anemia by a physician and it's phenomenal. It replaces the iron storage levels (without constipation) and within a week I felt an enormous jump in energy.
