Per Tablet: Vitamin A (as Retinyl Acetate) 5000 IU; Vitamin C 60 mg; Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) 400 IU; Thiamin (Vitamin B-1) (as Thiamin Mononitrate) 1. 5 mg; Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 1. 7 mg; Niacin (as Niacinamide) 20 mg; Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) 1 mg; Folic Acid 400 mcg; Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 1 mcg; Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium d-Pantothenate) 1 mg; Calcium 30 mg; Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate) 18 mg.
Inactive Ingredients:
Dicalcium Phosphate; Microcrystalline Cellulose; Croscarmellose Sodium; Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose; Magnesium Stearate; Titanium Dioxide; Yellow 5 Lake; PEG; Yellow 6 Lake; Polysorbate 80; Beta-Carotene.
DIRECTIONS:
1 tablet per day for adults.
