Vitamin C 60 mg 100% (as Ascorbic Acid) ; Folic Acid 400 mcg 100% ; Vitamin B-12 8 mcg 133% (as Cyanocobalamin) ; Iron 28mg 156% (as Ferrous Bis-Glycinate).
Inactive Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, Gelatin, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
