Natures Bounty Iron 65 mg (325 mg ferrous sulfate) dietary supplement tabletsThis Iron supplement contains Iron (as Ferrous Sulfate). It also includes 44 mg of Calcium. Iron is a necessary component of hemoglobin, the oxygen carrier in the blood and is also important for energy utilization. Ferrous Sulfate contains the iron your body needs each day for proper functioning.
INGREDIENTS:
Dried Ferrous Sulfate 202 mg (equivalent to 325 mg Liquid Ferrous Sulfate which provides 65 mg elemental Iron per tablet), Cellulose (Plant Origin), Dicalcium Phosphate, Calcium Carbonate, Croscarmellose, Silica, Cellulose Coating, FD&C Yellow No. 6 Lake, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, FD&C Blue No. 1 Lake, Titanium Dioxide Color.
DIRECTIONS:
- For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal and drink plenty of fluids.
- As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
WARNINGS:
