INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Calcium 1, 200 mg (1. 2 g) 120% (as Calcium Carbonate) ; Vitamin D 250 IU 63% (as Cholecalciferol).
Inactive Ingredients:
Croscarmellose, Cellulose Coating, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS:
Take one (1) or two (2) tablets daily, preferably with meals. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. Film coated for easy swallowing.
