INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate, Oyster Shell and Calcium Gluconate) 1, 000 mg 100% ; Magnesium (as Magesium Oxide and Magnesium Gluconate) 500 mg 125%.
Inactive Ingredients:
Cellulose (plant origin), Croscarmellose, Titanium Dioxide Color, Cellulose Coating, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) or two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal.
