This product delivers 560 mg of Calcium (56% Daily Value) and 400 IU Vitamin D (100% Daily Value) in chewable wafers. Adults can take four (4) wafers daily, preferably with meals.

Total Carbohydrate less than 1 g less than 1% ; Sugars less than 1 g ; Vitamin D (as Ergocalciferol) 400 IU 100% ; Calcium 560 mg 56% (as Calcium Carbonate and Dicalcium Phosphate) ; Phosphorus (as Dicalcium Phosphate) 100 mg 10% ; Buckwheat 10. 4 mg (Fagopyrum esculentum) (seed) ; Corn Bran (Zea mays) (seed) 10. 4 mg.
Inactive Ingredients
Sucrose, Dextrose, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Cottonseed Oil, Acacia Gum, Artificial Flavor, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Sodium Chloride.
For adults, take four (4) wafers daily, preferably with meals. Wafers may be chewed.
