- It is also 100% free from narcotics, decongestants, and dyes.

(in each 5ml): Acetaminophen 325mg (Pain Relief), Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 10mg (Cough suppressant), Diphenhydramine 12.5mg (Antihistamine)
Inactive Ingredients
Acesulfame K, aspartame, citric acid, menthol, methocel, methylparaben, natural & artificial orange flavor, polyethylene glycol, potassium sorbate, propylene glycol, purified water and sodium citrate.
