DIRECTIONS:
Cara Douche Syringe Bulb fill with warm water.
Add liquid or powder preparation if desired (see cautions).
Put hand on top and shake to mix.
Thread flexible vaginal pipe into bulb.
To use in the shower: Gently squeeze bulb to expel air.
Stand with feet apart and gently insert vaginal pipe into vagina.
Gently squeeze bulb to release liquid.
To use in bathtub: Gently squeeze bulb to expel air.
Recline in tub, knees slightly bent apart.
Gently insert vaginal pipe into vagina.
Gently squeeze bulb to release liquid.
To use on toilet: Gently squeeze bulb to expel air.
Lift one thigh while in seated position, gently insert vaginal pipe into vagina.
Gently squeeze bulb to release liquid.
