Ponaris was recommended to me by my internist many years ago for nasal dryness brought on by chronic allergic rhinitis. And it really does work well especially if I just use it at night right before I go to sleep. After instilling it in both nostrils, I tilt my chin up for a minute or two so the Ponaris goes up into my sinuses and that's about it! Very helpful in the cold weather with indoor heating drying everything out. And in the spring & fall when allergy season starts. Myotcstore.com has the best price I've found which is great because I really hate to be without it!

Great product, very soothing
I had a Turbinectomy and my doctor gave me a bottle to use during my recovery. I was scared of it burning at first because of the pine oil but it was the most soothing thing, the irritation I felt immediately began being soothed. I have continued to use it for most of the past two years since I also use a CPAP machine which dries my sinuses out. When I use Ponaris I quit having the dryness and related dry mucous that occurs as a result of my use of the CPAP.
I have purchased it from AmericasRX.com which later changed names of MyOTCStore.com I haven't found a lower price for this, the shipping is very reasonable and quick.
