good product, but packaging misrepresented by the telephone sales associate
When ordered, specified we wanted the product in a a tube not a jar. Was assured the product was in a tube, but when the product arrived, it was in a jar. This means the product is exposed to air more often. When this retailer was contacted about not receiving the product as ordered, I was told the product is not available in the tube any longer. The sales person clearly misrepresented the product availabilty as pictured on the website and as described by the sales rep on the phone.
