Just after 4 days, my hands lost that dry feeling that happens with winter weather...the cracking, itching and splitting of skin by my nails has subsided using this product.. and no greasy feeling, however, you do have to reapply each time you wash your hands. I even use it on my knees and feet!! I totally recommend this product ;)
