My wife and I have been using these tablets regularly for the last 2 months and wow do they make a difference. Our hair is shinier, skin is smooth and healthy, and our nails are stronger and healthier. I had bad discoloration on one of my toenails that has been there for 3 years now (don't know what caused it but it wouldn't go away) and now it is nearly gone. My hair, skin, and nails have never looked or felt better! Just remember to take 3 pills a day like the instructions say. I was only taking one a day for the first few days until I actually decided to read the instructions lol...that's a man for ya ;-P This means that one bottle will only last 20 days for one person so buy up!
